Biography
Christina Soyoung Song, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Fashion Design and Merchandising in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Illinois State University. She received a doctoral degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Business Ethics, Personality and Individual Differences, Clothing and Textiles Research Journal, Sustainability, and Journal of Global Fashion Marketing. Her research interests lie in the areas of Retail Service Robots (RSRs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), wearable technology, 3D/4D printing, psychometrics (psychological scale measurement development) and data analytics, machine learning, and sustainability.
