As an educator, my teaching philosophy is to motivate my students to develop their critical thinking skills and their own learning interests by creating a learner-centered environment. My goal as a teacher has always been to not simply dispense information but to spark an interest in the material and encourage synthesis and real-world application

Examination of health behaviors and decision-making mechanisms with an emphasis on social psychological influences and barriers to physical activity, particularly regarding worksite health and community interventions
