Biography

Dr. Chung-Chih Li was born in Taiwan, grew up in the nation's capital, Taipei, and received his degree in Computer Science from Tamkang University in Taiwan. He later earned his PhD in from Syracuse University also in Computer Science. Dr. Li is a well-known commentator published numerous articles in Taiwan's major newspapers on the subjects of politics, education, and culture.
