Biography
Hyoil Han joined Computer Science in School of Information Technology at Illinois State University in the fall of 2016 as an associate professor. Hyoil received her BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea University in her hometown, her MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002. Previously she worked for Samsung Electronics as a researcher and Telecommunication Network Lab. at Korea Telecom as a member of technical staff. She also worked for Marshall University and LeMoyne-Owen College as an associate professor, and Drexel University as an assistant professor.
