CAST LEAD

The CAST LEAD program is a nine-month leadership program that offers a cohort of 5-7 emerging faculty leaders the opportunity to build the skills needed to meet leadership responsibilities, to enhance their leadership potential, and to engage with campus leaders in targeted discussions regarding issues impacting ISU and higher education. The CAST LEAD program is most appropriate for emerging faculty leaders (preference given to associate or full professors) who have an interest in exploring leadership and administrative roles.
